RESOURCES

These websites offer individual rehearsal lines for your voice – so you can choose to download Sop/Alto/Tenor/Bass files and practise with them whenever you wish … such as in the car!

www.choralia.net

A website where you can hear synthesised voices singing individual voice parts (it is very easy to download the necessary bit of free software). You can choose which voice part you would like to be highlighted.

www.choraline.com

As a Clacton Choral member you can get a 10% discount from Choraline by using the password EXISTING. They do CDs by post or mp3files to download, which are annotated (section and page numbers from your score) with a man’s voice so you can repeat bits over and over again without getting lost! If you’re not good with computers, they have an Orderline phone number and are very helpful generally - 01285 644845

This is John Hooper’s website, where individual parts can be listened to free of charge.

You will need to subscribe to this site

www.colchesterclassics.co.uk

Liz Leatherdale brings along to our early rehearsals CD’s of the pieces that we are learning and sets up her stall so that you can buy. They are not individual parts, but can be helpful for you to hear an overview of how it all fits together.
